Customer advisory vs. corporation identified as owning Accent Micro Products, Inc. stores. I have evidence that one of said stores sold to me a Samsung brand printer which did not bear indication as to the name and address of the
importer/distributor of said product. I believe the management of said store violated the Consumer Act of the Philippines. Also, on the days and times when I went to said store, there was no express lane for senior citizens and no required p
rominent display of information regarding the privileges of/for senior citizens. I believe the management of said store violated the implementing rules and regulations of R.A. 9257 also known as the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2003.

Rep. Edcel Lagman. My registered letter addressed to Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. was designated as registered letter
No. 9-3-10. Up to Up to March 7, 2011, I have not received from any of said persons any reply to my said letters.
