Advisory vs. Chinese General Hospital
In 2009, I sent a letter, via registered mail, to said hospital. Said letter was designated as registered letter No. 5383.
For the benefit of customers, I requested information regarding said hospital. Based on the registry return receipt for said letter, said letter
was received on 9/1/2009 by said hospital's agent. Up to October 29, 2010, said hospital has not provided me with said requested information.

complaint vs. postal station at Robinsons Place Manila
On October 26, 2010, I was at said postal station. While I was at said postal station, there was not prominently displayed a sign, etc. regarding the privileges of
senior citizens. I believe said entity violated an implementing rule/regulation of the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2003. An employee at said station received
from me for mailing a letter designated as 10-26-10 but did not give me a registry receipt for said letter. Proof that said entity
received from me on October 26, 2010 said letter for mailing is a list of letters bearing the words: "REGISTERED Robinson Stn. Mla. Oct 26 2010.


Advisory vs. Jollibee store at SM Megamall. On 9/4/2010. On said date, I ate at said restaurant. As proof of purchase, I have official receipt No.
0010119 issued on said date. The employee who served me didn't have a health certificate at the proper location on the clothing he/she was wearing.

Advisory re Robinsons Place, Tacloban City
I sent a letter, via registered mail to the mall manager/building administrator of said mall. Said letter was designated as registered letter No. 5831.
For the benefit of customers, I asked for information regarding said mall. Based on the registry return receipt for said letter, said letter was received
on 9/3/2009 by an agent of said mall. Up to November 1, 2010, nobody from said mall has provided me with a reply to said letter.

I sent a registered letter to Angeles City Mayor. Based on evidence, said letter was received on June 2010. Up to
November 1, 2010, said mayor has not provided me with a reply to said letter. I believe said mayor violated R.A. 6713.

DOH EXPANDS CHILD HEALTH PROGRAM WITH 2B PESO BUDGET

The Department of Health (DOH) launched today an expanded child health program providing services and information on health, nutrition, and environment for newborns to 14 year-old children, allotting at least two billion pesos from its 2011 budget.

Garantisadong Pambata, a package of health services that has traditionally been given to children below six years old in April and October, will now be offered all year round and will include appropriate services and promotion even for school-aged children.

The GP budget will include purchase and distribution of essential vaccines, micro-nutrient supplements, de-worming tablets, and health promotion. The 2011 allocation for child health was a five-fold increase from the PhP 325 million budget in 2010.
