Public service advisory re Rustans stores in Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong. When I wrote to said stores asking for proofs, if any, that cosmetics they sell really contain the products they were advertised to contain and provide the benefits they were advertised as allegedly providing, said stores either did not provide me with a reply, or referred me somewhere else, or provided me with a brochure regarding said product. Security lapse on or about July 18, 2010, at entrance to Rustans store at Ayala Center, Makati. The guard at said entrance didn't inspect my luggage or subject my luggage to scanning with metal detector. Said luggage was large enough to contain grenades and firearms. Then the employee, at what was identified as the package counter of said store, accepted said luggage without first inspecting said luggage or subjecting said luggage to scanning with metal detector. I have a piece of paper said employee signed as proof he received said luggage.

lax security at Rustan's San Antonio, Makati
On September 12, 2010, nobody at the entrance to Rustan's San Antonio, Makati, inspected my shoulder bag or subjected said bag to scanning with metal detector. Said bag was large enough to contain a grenade or a firearm. The image below is of the receipt issued to me by said store. Also, while I was at said store, I inspected the whole customer area of said store and there was no visible required express lane for senior citizens and no visible required sign regarding the privileges of senior citizens. I believe the management of said store violated the implementing rules and regulations of the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2003.

Lax security at Glorietta, Ayala Center, Makati
On October 14, 2010, the guard at an entrance to said building, didn't inspect the contents of my luggage/subject said luggage to scanning with metal detector. Said luggage was large enough to contain grenades and firearms. Said entrance was beside Mercury Drug store. After entering said building, I bought food from what was identified as McDonald's Glorietta 3. I was given an official receipt dated 14/10/2010.
