Happiness; web sites with info re Summer 2008 Olympics; web sites with free, useful info

Happiness is free
It doesn't cost money to be happy. In this day of rising costs, here are reminders to keep us sane, contented and peaceful:
1. Taste can be developed. If you train your tongue to taste simple but healthy food, it'll be conditioned to appreciate more natural flavors. If you train your eyes to view nature's beauty more often, it can be weaned away from watching violent movies and nonsensical shows. If your senses are disciplined, you'll develop more control over your mind.

Basic necessities
2. Good things can be simple and cheap. Many basic necessities are still quite affordable. Less-processed foods are healthier than processed ones. Simpler lives are easier to sustain.
3. Many wonderful things are free. For example is best for the body and is better than any artificially flavored drinks. By seeing nature's beauty, we are reminded of the source of them all - the Supreme Being, who gives our heart what it
needs.
4. Joy from within is more lasting than sensual pleasures. The joy we get from the Supreme is permanent and unlimited.
5. If you derive happiness from the Supreme, you can easily share and give it away. This way, happiness is distributed - and it's all for free!
