customer fire safety advisory re Glorietta at Ayala Center, Makati
I asked two guards at fourth level of Glorietta, at Ayala Center, Makati, to show me where the fire exit was. If there was a fire exit at said level, none of said guards showed me where said fire exit was. I didn't see any fire exit sign at said level. I have a receipt issued by a store at the Food Choices area on said level. I went to what was identified as a concierge near what was identified as the Oakwood. I asked a person at said concierge where the fire exit on the third level was. Said person, apparently a woman, said she didn't know. I went to another concierge, this time near what was identified as Glorietta 1. The person there gave me what was identified as a map of Glorietta. The part of said map showing the level where the Food Choices area was at said mall didn't bear any visible (to unaided eye) indication of any fire exit at said level. The names of said guards available. I am willing to submit a sworn affidavit regarding said incident.

Security lapse at rear entrance to SM Department Store at SM Manila on June 8, 2008. A person, identified as a security guard at said entrance, didn't inspect two compartments of my waist bag. Said compartments were large enough to contain
deadly weapons. From said store, I went to other parts of the SM Manila mall. No one inspected said compartments. Nobody at entrances to the following stores in said mall inspected said compartments: Sun store, Red Ribbon, Ace Hardware, Karate Kid, Watsons, Buy the Book, SM Appliance Center, BSD Intl., Sports Center, Wellcom 3, Electroworld, SM Supermarket. I have receipts of purchases I made at several stores at said mall.
