whose president was identified as Benito Lim and had stores in different parts of Metro Manila, etc. There is evidence that the following words were contained in an ad concerning said corporation, which was published in the June 15, 2008 issue of the Philippine Star newspaper: "Abenson . . . guarantee good deals, quality products and quality service . . .. . . LOWEST PRICE EVER on Refrigerators. " It will benefit prospective customers of said corporation not to believe said words unless they are provided with a written/printed copy of said alleged
guarantee, bearing the authenticated signature of the president of said corporation.
