Based on the registry return receipt for my registered letter, designated as registered
letter No. 1-26-16, said lette2r was received by her on 1-31-2001.Up to February 17, 2011,
said Cruz has not acknowledged to me that she received said letter and has not informed
me what action, if any, she took regarding said letter. I believe said Gemma Cruz violated
R.A. 6713.
Department of Social Welfare and Development NCR. Based on the registry return receipt
for my registered letter, designated as registered letter No. 1-26-11, said letter was
received on February 4, 2011 by said department. Said letter contained my complaints vs.
Globe Telecom Inc. and SMART Broadband Inc. stores at Robinsons Place Manila. The complaints
were for violations of R.A. 9257.

Based on the registry return receipt for a registered letter designated as registered letter
No. 1-21-7 to said NBI, said letter was received by said NBI on on Jan. 31, 2011 Said letter
was regarding Mandaluyong Mayor Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr., Power Nut Food Manufacturing Inc.,
Department of Health, Food and Drug Administration.

The proprietor of said store was identified as Sheila G. Osmena - Go. Said store was at G/F
Adriatico Wing Robinsons Place Ermita, Manila. On January 19, 2011, a person at said store
issued to a customer sales invoice No. 5343, where the space on said invoice, below the words:
“Received the above articles in good order and condition” already had handwriting, not the
customer's when said invoice was given to said customer. Because of said handwriting on
said space, the customer could no longer complain if there was something wrong about the products
covered by said invoice.
Advisory vs.: Mandaluyong Rep. Neptali Gonzales, Rep. Edcel Lagman; Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. Based on
a letter identified as from Ludivina M, Guarte Postmaster II, Batasan Pambansa Post Office IBF Complex 1126
Quezon City, my 3 registered letters addressed to said Neptali Gonzales, Feliciano Belmonte, Edcel Lagman
were received in said post office on September 9, 2010 and were delivered and received by Mr. Cesar
Dasok of House of Representatives Records Section on September 13, 2010. My registered letter addressed
to Mandaluyong Rep. Neptali Gonzales was designated as Reg. Letter No. 9-3-2. My registered letter No.
9-3-9 was addressed to Rep. Edcel Lagman. My registered letter to Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. was desinated
as registered letter No. 9-3-10. Up to February 17, 2011, I have not received from any of said persons any
reply to my said letters.
Advisory Vs. Globe Telecom Inc. at SM Mall of Asia, 2/F U-202 & 203 (NP). On February 19, 2011, lax security at
entrance to said store. Nobody inspected my luggage which was large enough to contain grenades. While I was
in said store, there was no express lane for senior citizens and no required prominent display of information
regarding privileges of/for senior citizens. In addition, even after I showed my senior citizen's ID card to
an employee who was working at said store, said employee didn't give me priority, as stated in RA 9257. Said
employee was identified as "ERIC". While I was at store I paid three hundred pesos for a load in my Globe prepaid
plug modem. I have a receipt of payment dated 2-19-2011
