Civil Service Commission ignored by Mandaluyong Mayor Benjamin Abalos, Jr.?
Based on evidence, a "Maria Luisa Salonga-Agamata, Director IV Public Assistance and Information Office Civil Service Commission" wrote a letter addressed to said
mayor and dated December 15, 2009 and regarding ADI-Asianic Distributors, which was in Mandaluyong.
Said letter contained the following words: "We refer, for information and appropriate action, the . . . attached letters dated November 14, 21 and 22, 2009 of M.
Silva relative to the . . . inaction by that Office on the letters-complaint against ADI-Asianic Distributors, Inc. We will appreciate your preferential attention in
the matter. Please advise M. Silva . . . of the action taken thereon." Despite said letter from the said Commission, up to November 13, 2010, said Mayor has not
provided me with any information as to what, if any, he took regarding said complaint. I have other evidence vs. said Abalos, Jr., who was identified as the President
of the League of Cities of the Philippines. Does the Mandaluyong government consider security lapses at private entities in Mandaluyong as of no concern to it? Has
said Mayor done what he was supposed to do regarding the Enhanced Senior Citizens Act of 2003?
