It will benefit people not to believe columnist Johnny Litton's recommendation's regarding One White Beach resort. Said recommendation was published on page C-11 of the Thursday, July 24, 2008 issue of the Philippine Star newspaper. Said recommendation was: Based on said article, said resort "offers a good investment". Said resort was not yet built. A lot of things could still be changed regarding said resort. Also, since said resort will be built on/near a beach, what is there to prevent said resort from being adversely affected by forces of nature (e.g. typhoons, earthquakes, tidal waves, etc.)? Also, the complete street address of said Litton was not visible in said article. Also, if people follow said Litton's device/recommedation and said resort turns out to be not a good investment, will said Litton refund the money people paid to invest in said resort?
